This policy applies to Quality Jobsite digital products purchased through Whop, including the QJ-B4 Family 40×60 Barndominium Concept Plan.
Refund within 7 days
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the product files.
Missing, corrupted or defective files
If a file is missing, corrupted, or materially defective, contact support@qualityjobsite.com. We will first attempt to resolve the issue. If we cannot provide a working replacement, a refund may be issued.
Duplicate charges and payment errors
Duplicate charges and payment-processing errors are handled in accordance with Whop’s payment and buyer policies.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
