These Terms & Conditions apply to digital products sold by Quality Jobsite, including the QJ-B4 Family 40×60 Barndominium Concept Plan (Quality Jobsite HomeBuild Series). By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
1. Digital product
The product is a digital download only. No physical items are shipped. Purchases are processed and delivered through Whop.
2. Download access period
Download access through Whop is available for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please download and keep your own copies within that period.
The 12-month period applies to download/access availability through Whop. It does not terminate the licence to keep and use files already downloaded, subject to the licence terms.
3. Product scope
The QJ-B4 product is a concept / schematic planning set intended for conceptual planning and budgeting. Specifically:
- It is not a permit-ready construction document set.
- It is not architect-stamped.
- It is not PE-stamped (Professional Engineer).
- It does not include structural, foundation, framing or site-specific engineering.
- It does not include electrical, plumbing or HVAC design unless expressly stated in the product description.
You are responsible for compliance with local building codes, zoning and permitting requirements, and for obtaining review by appropriately licensed design and engineering professionals before construction.
4. Licence
Use of the product files is governed by the licence included with the product (LICENSE.txt). In summary, the purchaser — an individual, household or company — receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files to plan, budget and manage their own building project(s), including sharing printed copies with the professionals, contractors, lenders and advisors working on that project.
You may not:
- resell the product files, original or modified;
- redistribute or sublicense the product files;
- share the product files publicly, publish them, or offer them for free download.
If anything in this summary differs from the licence included with the product, the included licence applies.
